When I left the cemetery, I took on capture of just the arms, hands and wreath of this lovely angel sculpture. I am so glad I did. I had one image with which to work. I am so thankful that it turned out to be a lovely focus and angle.
The wreath represents the birth of Jesus Christ.
The wreath was also used to disguise the placement of the cross during a time of persecution of Christians.
The symbol of Hope.
