Description
Beautiful tiny birds with feathers filled with colors like "jewels". The birds fly around the porch and house chasing one another. Or, they are chasing another hummer away from the feeder. It is a magical moment when you are sitting outside and a bird stops to stare at you for what seems to be a full minute or two. Then, it turns and away it goes. The seasonal goodbye. Autumn is approaching and the winds are just right for the southward flight towards Mexico and their winter home. This artwork is inspired by the migration flight of the hummingbird in the United States.
