Description
We purchased our current home in 2010. Our granddaughter and I got in the attic and found all kinds of old books, pictures, etc. All was lost from the moisture of South Texas. The original owners built the home and lived here for 18 years. My husband retired and found a couple of boxes that I had missed earlier. Old wonderful books. But, again lost due to moisture. However, there were letters that dated from 1890s to 1903. An educated grandmother wrote letters, poems and lyrics. This is called Lily Song. She appears to be recalling her youth in Georgia.
