Artist's Description
South Texas is known for long dry summer weather. Droughts adverse conditions for farms and ranches. The livestock must have water for survival. On this cattle ranch, the windmill is mounted on the stock tank for water storage. This photograph is framed by the wooden fence. The cattle pens are located to the right of the tank. The green vines on the fence created a natural bokeh. Light texture is added to the photo to create a wonderful tone for this country landscape.
